Summary of Work:
The Genesys Innovations team builds solutions that enable our customers to get more value from their Genesys platforms. The Innovations team’s primary job is to build new, innovative applications using AI with the goal of helping our customers effectively and efficiently deliver experience as a service (XaaS).
As one of the Lead Software Architect's and Engineers on the Genesys Innovations Team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the entire solution development and delivery life cycle from ideation, design, architecture, development, testing, and delivery of sophisticated, cloud native solutions that deliver strong ROI for our customers.

What You'll Do:

Define, Design and Deliver various Innovation Solutions and products with Genesys Cloud.

End to end architecture and engineering for product development, aligning to the emerging products we build on our team.

Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients on how these products can produce strategic and tactical improvement of the business results.

Lead the integration of cloud, digital, data, and security architectures into Genesys Cloud ecosystems.

Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, including application architecture, infrastructure design, and data integration.

Drive innovation by advising on the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, IoT, blockchain, etc.

Oversee multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution within time, budget, and scope.

Manage project risks and ensure the architecture aligns with both business requirements and IT capabilities.

Provide leadership in developing architecture competency within the team, enabling them to deliver quality solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, partners and leaders to ensure smooth delivery of software innovation projects.
What You'll Bring:
-
10+ years of experience in Cloud Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, or IT consulting, with a focus on leading large, transformative engagements; specifically, within the contact center space.

Deep rooted expertise solutioning and delivering innovative work within the Genesys Cloud Ecosystem (Architect Flows, Data Actions and API's)

Documented work building and implementing AI based solutions specifically within AWS and Google
-
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, digital ecosystems, data architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Excellent client-facing and leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing executive-level relationships.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Go, Node.js, typescript, and/or Python.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$144,650.00 - $283,850.00
