This is a remote position.
Turn client needs into clear execution plans.
Sit between Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to translate client priorities into scoped initiatives, owners, timelines, risks, and next steps.
? Drive high-stakes carrier initiatives from kickoff to launch.
Own the operating plan for client-facing projects, including dependencies, decision points, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and the many details that determine whether a rollout feels controlled or chaotic.
? Build the Client Engagement operating muscle.
Create the intake, tracking, status, and escalation rhythms that help Client Engagement manage carrier work consistently as Assured scales.
? Make risks and tradeoffs visible early.
When timelines shift, scope expands, or dependencies get stuck, surface the issue clearly, frame the options, and help the right people make the right call before it becomes a client-facing fire drill.
?️ Be the translator across clients and internal teams.
Turn carrier feedback, asks, and concerns into clear internal action. Turn Product and Engineering constraints into client-ready explanations that build confidence instead of confusion.
? Find patterns across client work.
Notice when multiple carriers are asking for the same thing, running into the same friction, or needing the same support, and help turn those patterns into better processes, product improvements, or scalable client programs
