About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the transformation of how we deliver analytics to internal and external customers through AI. This collaborative, forward-thinking leader will guide product discovery, strategy, and execution, translating emerging technologies and customer insights into practical, actionable solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes across our Healthcare Education portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable more personalized experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating product strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
- Establish measures of success, including adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes.
- Use customer feedback, product data, and analytics to inform prioritization and continuously improve products.
- Champion responsible and practical use of AI, including attention to quality, privacy, transparency, and trust.
- Maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven backlog and support agile planning and delivery.
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong product leadership and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Have experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
- Possess a practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and meaningful customer value.
- Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrate strong product and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
- Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is preferred.
