What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design/Art/HCI/Media/related field, or equivalent real-world experience
Experience
- 10+ years of digital design experience
- 5+ years of experience with basic prototyping tools (Figma, Invision, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience with common interface tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Skills
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of platform specific nomenclature and experience with creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows within consumer applications
- Expert knowledge of new design techniques and user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch
- Expert ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
- Effective client communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Demonstrated in-depth experience with planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of UX best practices and UI and UX design skills via portfolio
- Expert ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously through effective time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
- Demonstrated in-depth experience with project estimation
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

The base pay for this position generally is between
$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
