Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Managing entire work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
- Leading within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
- Tackling systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
- Launching well-defined and well-executed products.
- Solving Product Design problems that few others can.
- Connecting related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- Exceptional in one dimension of design, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Craft, Programs.
- Skilled in using high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or existing systems.
- Designed new patterns or introduced standards adopted by others in previous roles.
- Track record of proactively identifying and driving initiatives that strengthen the team

Salary Range
$215,000 to $225,000 a year, plus equity and benefits.

Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate's final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include equity, or benefits, if applicable.
