- Define the architectural roadmap for agentic AI systems that enhance semiconductor design, product engineering, verification & validation, and manufacturing workflows, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and integrated effectively within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex agentic workflows, from initial prototyping to production implementation - demonstrating large-scale, unstructured to deliver robust, domain-specific AI systems from problem definition to production.
- Design and implement intelligent agents with key capabilities, including planning, tool use, memory, and reflection, using modern frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms to enable effective task execution.
- Lead the team with technical and strategic guidance in creating Agentic solutions. Help improve technical quality by defining methods to deploy LLMs and agentic systems. Focus on ensuring reliability, efficiency, and maintainability in operations.
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business customers to define requirements & translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Benchmark and evaluate model performance using structured evaluation frameworks, and continuously refine models through prompt tuning, RLHF, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams-including process engineers, design engineers, product and test development groups, and data scientists-to compose high-impact problem statements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Communicate technical insights and solution strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical partners through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a focus on AI/ML and automated systems.
- Proficiency in agentic AI platforms like LangGraph, CrewAI, or autorun.
- Hands-on experience building and managing AI/ML projects involving LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows deployed in semiconductor environments, demonstrated expertise in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise with agentic AI platforms such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Demonstrated experience with MLOps and DevOps practices for deploying and managing AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of domain-adapted LLM training with practical experience, including pretraining, post training on in-domain synthetic datasets, and model quantization to support operations in semiconductor contexts.
- Must have experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including deployment of ML pipelines in production environments.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and benchmarking techniques, including RLHF, prompt tuning, and reward modeling for hardware-aware use cases.
- Proven ability to independently drive AI/ML projects from problem scoping through deployment in semiconductor environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with process technology, silicon design, design verification, validation and product engineering teams, and translate complex AI/ML concepts into actionable solutions for hardware development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience includes direct application of AI/ML to semiconductor design, processing, verification, validation, yield analysis, and manufacturing workflows.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor-specific AI/ML applications,
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for ML/LLM deployment.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen) and evaluation tools (e.g., AgentEval).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for multi-functional teams.
