As a full-stack engineer within Fidelity Enterprise Technology, you’ll be a member of an Agile scrum team responsible for working across the firm. As full-stack engineers, we pride ourselves on having a thirst for continued learning, a team-first attitude, and a focus on delivering value to the organization.
We work with peers and leaders, looking into their future roadmaps and leaning in with expertise to help them design and craft a sophisticated and intuitive desktop platform used by Fidelity’s front-line associates to assist millions of customers with financial planning, investing, and retirement solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Hands-on experience in Java, Python, JavaScript and experienced in developing APIs and micro-services.
- Demonstrated experience with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based development and deployment practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy and similar tools.
- Understanding of modern data architecture, experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) a plus.
- Hands-on Azure / AWS experience including certifications, training. Working with Event Driven Architecture -- Kafka, Webhooks
- Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automation.
- Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture including high availability and business continuity.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting contact center or similar products.
- Ability to trouble-shoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stack.
- Test Driven Development -- JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.
- Ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes.
- Self-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and mentor others every day.
- 8+ years hands-on experience as a software engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
