Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Internal Enterprise Strategy Consultant, you will serve as a trusted adviser and strategic partner to the VP, playing a critical role in driving the success of the Enterprise Product division. You will work closely with the VP to execute key initiatives, streamline operations, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic plans with the VP for the Enterprise Product division.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying improvements and implementing best practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration for cohesive product strategy execution.
- Oversee key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
- Support talent development with HR and the VP to attract and retain top talent.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Internal Enterprise Strategy Consultant, you will have:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience 10+ years, in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS company
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites and project management tools
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of enterprise product development

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
