Leads enterprise data platform modernization and business intelligence initiatives, including cloud data warehouse transformation, AI-enabled workflow automation, data virtualization, governance, metadata, and lineage. Directs cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, manages project budgets, tracks KPIs, and delivers scalable, secure data services. Requires extensive IT program management experience focused on data platforms and business intelligence, along with expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, data governance, and Jira.

Drives financial visibility through business case evaluation, pricing models, operational metrics, and financial forecasting. Builds financial models, analyzes historical performance, integrates enterprise data, and uses AI analytics tools to improve reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance, develops strategic recommendations, and translates complex financial results into executive presentations supporting organizational decision-making.

Leads the strategy, design, administration, and optimization of health, welfare, leave, and retirement benefits. Manages open enrollment, plan renewals, vendor relationships, benchmarking, financial analysis, employee communications, and regulatory compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA. Advises HR, legal, executives, and business leaders, resolves complex benefits issues, drives cross-functional initiatives, and mentors HR operations personnel.
