Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional customer success through strategic use of Salesforce technologies. You will serve as a trusted technology and transformation advisor to some of the largest and most complex enterprise customers in the region.Our Enterprise Architects partner closely with clients to align their business priorities with technology roadmaps, guiding them on their digital transformation journey using the Salesforce platform. Your Responsibilities: We are seeking experienced Digital Transformation Enterprise Architects to join our team. You will be embedded with key customers as a strategic advisor, delivering enterprise-level insights and guiding them across the Salesforce solution portfolio. This role requires a thought leader with deep curiosity for technology and broad industry expertise—someone who can look beyond the Salesforce platform and connect deeply with each client’s environment and strategic goals.
Your Impact: With the support of a comprehensive onboarding program—including certifications and internal enablement—you will quickly become a trusted Salesforce expert. As a successful Enterprise Architect, you will:
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to some of the most significant companies in the region.
• Demonstrate and deepen your technical expertise through impactful conversations at the C-suite and all organizational levels.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
• Apply and advocate for best practices in Enterprise Architecture, Design Thinking, Value Assessment, Delivery Governance, Change Management, and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Shape and influence digital roadmaps and transformation programs by bringing in industry-leading innovations and technology trends.
• Mentor and influence diverse teams, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader organizational goals by building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
Basic Requirements
• A genuine passion for business transformation through technology.
• Deep understanding of and responsiveness to customer needs, with a strong commitment to their success.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions (especially those involving stakeholder lifecycle management) within major software domains (e.g., CRM, Data, AI).
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a distributed, collaborative environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Strong skills in content creation, facilitation, and executive-level presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Architectural experience across a broad range of technologies including CRM, Data, AI, Integration, and Middleware.
• Background in enterprise consulting and experience leading complex technology implementations.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Deep industry knowledge in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, etc.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
