Job Description
- Plan and oversee the entire program, ensuring alignment with key milestones and objectives.
- Monitor program progress, manage budgets, and ensure consistent and coordinated implementation.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors.
- Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and foster strong relationships across all stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive progress reports, addressing challenges and achievements, to senior management and governance forums.
- Lead training and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the program by all users.
Qualifications
- 14-15 years of relevant experience in Core Banking, specifically for Secured and Unsecured Loans in Retail and Commercial banking.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale core banking programs.
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify and address risks, providing solutions and mitigating challenges.
- Good to have skills:
- Experience in the Philippines market.
- Experience with Transact implementations in similar roles.
