Job Description
- Architect and lead integration workstreams for large-scale IT/technology implementations in the banking sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for Temenos T24 systems, ensuring seamless interaction between new and existing systems.
- Design and manage both API-based and file-based integration solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including software vendors and system owners, to deliver end-to-end integration.
- Address technical and business requirements for Core Banking Systems and Branch Teller Systems.
- Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies, providing timely updates to program leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams through complex system integration challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in Core Banking projects (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, Branch Banking Systems).
- Expertise in Temenos Transact-Integration and deep knowledge of API and file-based integration methods.
- Familiarity with banking systems in the Philippines or Asia preferred.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in designing scalable integration architectures for Core Banking transformations.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in the banking sector.
