Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
12+ years of experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, including significant experience designing distributed systems in production environments.
Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience designing and building backend systems using Golang ( our primary backend programming language) or equivalent experience in Java, Python, or C++.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, consistency models, asynchronous architectures, and system reliability.
Experience building and operating high-availability services in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong experience diagnosing and solving complex system problems related to performance, reliability, and scalability.
Experience designing data models and storage systems using relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong technical communication skills with the ability to influence engineers and stakeholders across teams.
