TITLE: Principal Engineer I
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, Colorado
JOB SUMMARY: Plan, forecast, implement, and identify resource requirements for network systems of high complexity. Design and establish protocol for compatibility standards. Develop and implement network enhancements and make recommendations for improvement. Implement network architecture and designs. Develop and implement RAN test plans and RAN Test Bench design by analyzing external suppliers' latest technology and matching the cost to the budget allocated. Organize team members on technical assignments and deliveries. Investigate complex RAN issues identified in lab, as well as production network. Interwork with internal teams and system vendors to achieve RAN feature validation based on project schedule plan. Test and validate RAD devices. Utilize 3GPP RAN standards to support 5G SA architectural design issue investigation and RAN call flow issues to be resolved. Utilize system architecting model communication technologies including 5G RAN and system 5G Core related components.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field. 7 years of experience testing and validating RAD devices. 5 years of experience utilizing 3GPP RAN standards to support 5G SA architectural design issue investigation and RAN call flow issues to be resolved; and utilizing systems architecting mobile communication technologies including 5G RAN and system 5G Core related components.
*A hybrid (in office and remote) work arrangement is available.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $159,598.00 to $196,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
