As a Senior Corporate Narrative & Messaging Manager, you will help define and amplify Micron's corporate story. Partnering closely with the Director of Corporate Narrative & Messaging, you will develop messaging frameworks, narrative platforms, and storytelling resources that communicate our value, purpose, and leadership. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence executive communications, corporate reputation, and brand consistency across a global organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve Micron's corporate narrative, messaging architecture, and storytelling frameworks
  • Translate complex technology, market, business, and geopolitical topics into clear, compelling messaging and proof points
  • Create and maintain message houses, executive messaging guides, FAQs, positioning documents, and storytelling resources
  • Partner with marketing, communications, business units, and regional teams to drive narrative alignment and adoption
  • Leverage stakeholder insights, performance data, and AI tools to continuously improve messaging effectiveness and consistency

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Strategic Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, strategic messaging, executive communications, content strategy, or related disciplines within a B2B technology environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing corporate narratives, messaging frameworks, thought leadership content, or executive communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts
  • Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across large, global, matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in the semiconductor, memory, storage, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or broader technology industries
  • Experience supporting executive communications, keynote development, investor communications, corporate reputation, or thought leadership programs
  • Experience partnering with global marketing, communications, and regional teams to scale messaging across audiences and geographies
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, narrative development, and messaging workflows

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$132,000.00 - $298,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
