We are looking for a Pricing Specialist in Cluj Napoca, Romania with a strong foundation in project management, database usage and operational expertise within an industrial environment of the workflow from operations up to order booking.
The ideal candidate will excel in team collaboration while executing new software implementation, refining of processes, and driving strategic pricing initiatives within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies and pricing process that align with business goals and market dynamics.
Project Management: Lead the implementation of new software and pricing process improvements, ensuring seamless execution, and timely delivery.
Database Administration: Manage pricing-related data, ensuring accuracy and interpret pricing data for strategic decision-making and process enhancement.
Operational Optimization: Align pricing strategies with operational workflows, collaborating with various departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Industrial Environment Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of industrial practices, market trends, and industry-specific factors to inform pricing strategies.
Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify pricing trends, customer behavior patterns, and market opportunities.
Power BI Proficiency: Utilize Power BI or similar tools to visualize data, generate reports, and communicate insights effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics,
2-5 years of experience demonstrating expertise in pricing, project management, database knowledge and operational optimization within an industrial setting.
Excel - Advanced proficiency.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis techniques and strong analytical skills.
Project management skills, particularly in implementing new software and process improvements.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
