We are currently seeking an EMEA Pricing and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy!


EMEA Pricing and Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing pricing operations and providing the processes, tools, methodology, and guidelines that ensure a consistent pricing approach across the Business Unit. The role enables Product Managers with the necessary frameworks and instruments to make informed pricing decisions and owns SOX related pricing documentation and compliance activities. 


What kind of work will you be doing?


Pricing Process & Governance

  • Establish and maintain the pricing governance framework, owing the end to end pricing operations process for the Power and IT Systems BU - including monthly updates to the Pricing team - and ensuring SOX compliance communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing matters across teams. Collaborate with Pricing and Customer Insight teams to stay aligned with other pricing tools (e.g., Price Sentinel, K2), influence enhancements, and monitor emerging insights relevant to BU.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis

  • Provide competitive pricing insights to support positioning decisions. 
  • Maintain and further develop the Power BI web‑scraping tool used for competitive intelligence, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and accessibility for Product Management teams. 
  • Track market trends and their impact on pricing strategies. 
  • Strengthen competitive intelligence capabilities by expanding and maintaining all internal and external sources of pricing insights across Power & IT Systems.
  • Leverage additional inputs such as distributors’ price lists for IT Systems, and continuously capturing competitive signals for Power (e.g., competitor quotations, Sales and Product Management feedback).
  • Consolidate all insights into a structured Competitive Intelligence engine that enables more accurate and timely competitive positioning.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support Leadership and Product Managers with visibility and insights derived from pricing and process performance analytics.
  • Track and analyze pricing and process related KPIs (e.g., win rate, SPR volume and trends, metrics by BU/PL), ensuring visibility on KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights to support timely and informed corrective decisions 

 Best Practices & Culture Building

  • Drive initiatives to build a common pricing culture across Product Management teams
  • Collect and share training materials as well as best practices for pricing management
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for pricing processes as well as SPR/SPM guidelines

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy locality is between 38.000€ to 47.000€ gross per year [IF ROLE IS NON-EXEMPT: (based on a 40-hour work week)]—salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the initial interview. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
