In this role, you will:

  • Verify customer pricing or rebates claims for validity and provide instructions to process subsequent credit notes;

  • Monitor customer accruals including allocations and overspends or/and pricing waterfall and promotions;•

  • Identify, track and effective escalate the rebate and pricing queries and resolve issues

  • Manage promotional invoices alongside with Sales managers and Business Analysts to ensure accounts are up to date and issues are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Finance and other teams within OTC, RTR or Supply Chain departments;

  • Accurate set up and change of pricing and rebates in SAP to prevent queries

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Experience in Order To Cash area, especially connected with dispute management, cash application, sales support, order management, customer service, data analysis or similar would be an asset,

  • Ability to interpret financial data and analytical mindset,

  • Trouble shooting attitude

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Fluent English & Spanish (both: written and spoken)
