As a Pricing Analyst supporting Oshkosh Aerotech's Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) business, you will play a critical role in developing accurate project pricing for complex airport infrastructure solutions. You will serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, customers, and external suppliers to ensure each quotation accurately reflects customer requirements, product configuration, manufacturing costs, and business objectives.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to understand manufacturing cost structures and engineered products. YOUR IMPACT

- Develop detailed pricing for Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) projects by evaluating customer specifications, product configurations, manufacturing costs, and commercial requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Engineering, customers, and external suppliers throughout the quotation process.
- Review project specifications with Engineering to clarify technical requirements, resolve configuration questions, and ensure accurate pricing assumptions.
- Build comprehensive project cost models using standardized Excel-based pricing tools.
- Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing cost structures, labor, purchased components, and other cost drivers to develop accurate customer quotations.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations for outsourced products or services and incorporate those costs into project pricing.
- Research competitive pricing, market conditions, and pricing trends to support informed pricing decisions.
- Maintain pricing policies, pricing models, and pricing procedures that support the organization's commercial strategy.
- Review special pricing requests and provide recommendations based on profitability, competitive positioning, and business objectives.
- Communicate pricing decisions and recommendations to Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support proposal development while ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with gross margin objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. (Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)
- Three (3) or more years of experience in pricing, estimating, cost analysis, manufacturing finance, commercial construction estimating, or a related analytical role.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing pricing or estimates within a manufacturing or commercial construction environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing cost structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor, purchased components, and product costing.
- Experience pricing engineered products or complex customer-specific projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Complex formulas
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- IF and Nested IF statements
- Data analysis and reporting
- Query functionality
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Sales throughout the quotation process.
- Strong understanding of pricing principles and their impact on profitability and gross margin.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, or customer requirements and translate them into accurate project pricing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working within an ERP system such as Sightline, Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems.
- Experience supporting capital equipment, engineered-to-order products, industrial manufacturing, or commercial construction projects.

Pay Range:
$64,500.00 - $103,500.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
