Develop compliant pricing proposals and cost estimates for RFPs/RFQs/BAAs. Build and maintain Excel-based pricing models, prepare labor/material/subcontract/travel estimates, perform cost and profitability analysis, support BOE and proposal narratives, coordinate cross-functionally, verify pricing accuracy, and support negotiations and internal reviews.

- Assist in developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and supporting proposal narratives
- Verify proposal calculations and ensure pricing accuracy prior to submission
- Maintain pricing files, historical cost databases, labor rate information, and estimating templates
- Assist in preparing responses to customer pricing clarification requests and proposal negotiations
- Support internal proposal reviews, pricing reviews, and management approval boards
- Continuously improve pricing processes, estimating tools, and standard templates
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary pricing information and customer-sensitive data
- Collaborate effectively across functional teams while managing multiple proposal efforts with competing deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline required
Experience:
- 3+ years of expereicne directly related to pricing, estimating, proposal, contracts, finance, or government contracting experience in lieu of a degree
- US Government/DoW pricing experience preferred but not required
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000
This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, estimating, proposals, contracts, finance, or government contracting (may substitute for degree)
- Experience building and maintaining pricing/estimating models using Microsoft Excel
