The Team

You’ll be joining our Personal Lines Pricing team, where we use data and insight to help shape fair and effective pricing for our customers.

It’s a collaborative and supportive team, where people share knowledge, learn from each other and work together to solve problems. Whether you’re new to pricing or building on early experience, you’ll be supported to grow your skills and confidence.

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting pricing decisions using data and insight

  • You’ll work closely with colleagues across the team, helping to explore data and identify trends

  • You’ll contribute to improving pricing models and processes, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • You’ll have opportunities to learn new technical skills and develop your knowledge over time

  • You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed

What you might bring

  • A degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in a numerical subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a similar field2:1 or above

  • An interest in data, analytics or pricing, or a desire to build your career in this area

  • An ability or willingness to work with numbers and data, and learn new tools and techniques

  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to share ideas and learn from others

  • An organised, thoughtful way of working

  • A commitment to delivering good outcomes for customers and colleagues

Skills Required
