Pricing Analyst - Life Sciences Industry

Labcorp is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Work Schedule

09:00 - 18:00 - 40 hours per week, based on a five-day working week in a hybrid mode.

This is a temporary role with a minimum duration of 18 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Retrieves, manipulates and understands data from multiple sources (Salesforce or other CRM, LIS, Billing system, Pricing Databases)

• Perform Pricing Specialist responsibilities independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Maintain and distribute pricing information, retrieve and analyze data from multiple systems, and operate pricing tools, templates, and approval workflows

• Review and prepare pricing requests and analyses for approval, including tracking progress and supporting pricing decisions with relevant analysis and insights

• Manage M4M processes for large Special Price Requests (SPRs), including making pricing recommendations based on client size and value

• Process account setups, maintenance requests, and pricing requests, ensuring customer master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with business and legal requirements

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Customer Master processes and associated Salesforce-related activities, including assessing account requests and supporting audit documentation

• Prepare and distribute reports, fee schedules, and predefined data files, and respond to or coordinate responses to pricing-related inquiries

• Research, investigate, and resolve pricing and account-related issues, ensuring adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and compliance requirements

• Serve as a liaison between Customer Master and Contract teams, coordinate requests across test structures, and support HPS GPO-related activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent;

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related business experience and relevant work experience in the Healthcare field.

Additional Job Standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience analyzing and triaging requests to team members; managing team or group communications.

•  Experience constructing Profit and Loss (P&L) Analysis helpful, but not required.

• Demonstrative experience dealing with multiple internal departments to support audits and compliance activities.

• Salesforce experience.

• Experience in Customer Master and Pricing.

About the role:

As a member of the Pricing and Customer Master Center of Excellence, the Pricing Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for the delivery of pricing services (including documentation and approvals), entry and maintenance of customer master data, and identification and implementation of process improvements to the same.

• Pricing: Develops, maintains, and distributes relevant fee schedule level and account level pricing decisions. Evaluates, compiles and analyzes statistical data trends for feasibility and/or development that may impact Labcorp’s strategies that support business objectives.

• Customer Master: Setup and maintenance of all account information. The role is responsible for gathering account information, entering the information into Labcorp systems, and ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
