The intern must be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program, eligible for an internship agreement, fluent in French, and have at least B2 English proficiency.

Provide onsite IT systems integration and infrastructure support for laboratory operations, including LIS and instrument interfaces, network (WAN/MDF/IDF) support, system testing/validation, post-go‑live stabilization, vendor and IT security collaboration, and participation in equipment moves, upgrades, and project work to ensure system stability and compliance in a regulated lab environment.

Provide first-level onsite and remote IT support, manage tickets, deploy and troubleshoot end-user hardware and AV, assist onboarding, perform basic network and infrastructure support, and travel frequently to client sites.

Supports Global Study Managers with low-complexity monitoring tasks, sample status tracking, additional testing orders, customized database reports, and automated monitoring packages. The role involves documenting service requirements for programmers, extracting and interpreting data from multiple sources, preparing actionable insights, managing large Excel files, reporting metrics, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvement, quality, and productivity.

Develop, deploy, and operate full-stack AI applications for HR use cases using IBM Watsonx and other AI/ML technologies. Build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector stores, APIs, microservices, and Workday and ServiceNow integrations. Translate HR requirements into technical solutions, monitor model accuracy and bias, troubleshoot production issues, and apply security, privacy, and ethical AI practices. Collaborate with HR, engineering, and enterprise IT teams while evaluating emerging AI technologies and guiding responsible adoption.
