Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Units, Distributors, System Integrators, and Key End Customers, helping deliver value-added customer solutions through close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in demand sensing, market intelligence, customer engagement, and ensuring product availability to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the AP Premier Customer Care Manager and work in a hybrid work model from one of our India locations.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, distributors, and customers to understand business requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Drive demand sensing activities and provide market intelligence inputs to support demand planning and product availability.
Conduct periodic reviews with distributors to ensure adherence to Rockwell Automation processes, policies, and strategic objectives.
Represent the customer perspective across internal functions to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements while complying with company policies.
Develop customer insights and market intelligence to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, customer retention, and business growth.
Maintain compliance with Rockwell Automation's ethics, integrity, and compliance standards in all business activities.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, demand planning, demand sensing, supply chain operations, or customer service within an industrial, manufacturing, or technology environment.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret business data and generate actionable insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing distributor and customer relationships.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, as business needs require
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Management.
Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and end customers in industrial automation or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and sales operations processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business data analysis.
Understanding of industrial automation market trends and customer requirements.
Experience supporting regional or global customer accounts and managing complex stakeholder relationships
