- Ensure 100% material availability of metals and other key components as per the production plan.
- Monitor day-to-day supplier performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns without compromising production efficiency.
- Identify supply chain risks such as delays, quality issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present MIS reports highlighting operational adherence, challenges, and corrective action plans.
- Continuously explore and onboard technologically advanced suppliers for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, and Production to align supply strategies.
