PR Account Assistant (Fashion & Lifestyle)

To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a PR Account Assistant to join our team based in our Hong Kong office.

What be you’ll be doing?

• Works closely with account coordinators and account managers to fulfil client needs and ensure smooth running of the division in daily tasks and as it relates to the entire agency.

• Sample trafficking & management (organizing sample returns and send outs)

• Conduct and complete market and industry research

• Support on event planning, execution and on-site management

• Maintaining and creating editorial clipping reports for various client

• Prepare and manage PR assets & materials for various clients

• Coordinate and organize PR gifting for media, influencers and celebrities

• Undertake administrative tasks such as managing the team’s calendar; preparing agendas & updates, assisting with travel booking as needed, internal reports and filings etc.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of at least 6 month - 1 year experience as public relations intern

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required in advertising, PR, marketing, communication or related field

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills

• Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data

• Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-demanding individual with a can-do attitude & strong work ethic

• Depending on experience, eligible candidate will be offered a permanent role or a fixed-term contract
