We have the perfect opportunity for a P lanning and P erformance Manager with strong project management skills . The role will report to the Head of Mexico GCC (Global Capability Center) . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.
We are looking for someone who doesn't need an y motivation to develop, a self- starter, who is hungry to c ontinua lly improve . You will be working close together with various internal business partners like GCC (Global Capability Center) Functional Leads, GBS central Team , Finance & various external partners.
In bri ef, you will be responsible for :
- S upport GBS GCC Mexico planning process and performance management .
 
- Provide timely , insightful and accurate reporting & analysis of GCC performance results against budget with continuous monitoring of risks and opportunities. These report s are presented during the Monthly Performance Reviews with GBS Leadership .
 
- Identify key drivers versus budget and prior forecasts to facilitate monthly performance review meetings. Develop action plans and monitor progress.
 
- C ost management of ZBB GCC and recharges of other costs incurred in GCC .
 
- Support GCC month - end close activities.
 
- C reation of Business Cases for new scope Transitions into GCC, reporting of financial performance against targets and governance of actions plans .
 
- D evelopment of the detailed Annual Operating Plan budget and monthly forecast .
 
- Provide strategic partnership and ongoing consultation to GCC Functional Leads on cost management of their Teams .
 
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance .
 
- 6+ Years Accounting or Finance experience preferably within FMCG
 
- Solid interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
 
- Working experience and knowledge of ERP , BI tools and office software (Excel) .
 
- A ttention to detail and accuracy .
