Job Summary  

• Assemble large, complex datasets that meet business requirements for data visualization and reporting. 

• Plan, design, and implement data architectures tailored to analytics needs. 

• Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. 

• Optimize data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting. 

• Conduct performance audits to improve the efficiency of data visualizations and management systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business intelligence needs. 

• Create and optimize data pipelines for smooth integration with Power BI. 

• Develop dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI. 

• Propose actionable insights into business metrics through data visualization and analysis. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions. 

• Automate reporting processes and streamline manual workflows. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and reporting delivery. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and reporting. 

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. 

• Expertise in SQL and relational databases. 

• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and modern data architectures. 

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) will be a plus. 

• Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and AI trends. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, DSDM). 

Role-specific Requirements 

• Extensive experience in Power BI development, including creating dashboards and custom visualizations. 

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting technologies such as SSAS, Tableau, or QlikView. 

• Expertise in managing and transforming data sources for Power BI integration. 

• Experience with data migrations and platforms like MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, or similar. 

• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and industry best practices. 

• Familiarity with performance tuning for Power BI and data pipelines.
