We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Specialist who will be managing the entire sales process of factoring services, primarily targeting prospective clients in industries such as transportation. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, presenting factoring services, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention, especially during contract renewals and competitive pressures.
  • Analyze prospective clients’ business needs and financials to recommend appropriate factoring products and pricing.
  • Use Salesforce system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of cold-calling sales experience, preferably in financial services or factoring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Self-starting and proactive personality.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Able to work 15.00 to 23.00. (US working hours).
  • Able to do at least 150 cold calls per day.
