Job Description

Job Summary

Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning for management decisions. Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data with the objective of improving decision-making and providing a competitive advantage for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources, contributing significantly to strategic business decisions.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs.
  • Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights, pinpointing trends and anomalies with precision.
  • Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards.
  • Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions, streamlining data management processes.
  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own  discipline
  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained  through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of  how own area integrates within organization
  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish  objectives and goals
  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes  possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and  precedents
  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward  manner
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less  experienced team members
  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
