We're looking for a Power BI Data Analyst where you will be involved in working with large datasets, creating clear and actionable reports, and collaborating closely with business teams to drive informed decision-making. The Impact You’ll Have:

  • Standardization and scalability: Bring structure to BI practices by implementing version control, modeling standards, and scalable design using tools like Tabular Editor and Git.

  • Stronger business collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning data solutions with business needs more effectively.

  • Team development: Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to team growth and raising the overall technical bar.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop: complex data modeling, advanced DAX, M language, and Dataflows.

  • Strong experience with Power BI Service: workspace administration, deployment pipelines, and data security (RLS/OLS)

  • Proven work with large-scale models, applying incremental refresh, partitioning, aggregations, and performance optimization.

  • Participation in dashboard reengineering projects, with a focus on storytelling and usability.

  • Advanced SQL knowledge and integration with multiple data sources, especially Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.

  • Complementary tools: DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, PBIP + Git, following version control best practices.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric / Direct Lake is preferred.

  • Profile oriented toward leading business interactions, defining standards, documenting KPIs and reports, optimizing large data models, and supporting more junior team members.

Education:

Degree: 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
