About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
岗位职责
1. 负责线下POS刷卡机、传统收银终端、智能POS终端的整体产品规划与迭代，覆盖境内外刷卡支付、扫码支付、国际卡收单、分账结算、资金归集等核心场景，输出完整产品方案、原型、PRD文档。
2. 对接银行卡组织（Visa、Mastercard）、海外收单机构、银行、EMI支付机构，跟进支付通道对接、终端报文适配、刷卡交易流程优化，保障支付链路合规、稳定、高效。
3. 负责POS终端交易全流程设计，包含刷卡/插卡/闪付交易、预授权、撤销、退货、对账清算、异常交易处理、风控拦截、终端密钥管理、参数下发等核心功能。
4. 结合欧盟EMI、香港MSO、国内支付合规要求，搭建POS终端合规体系，规避二清风险、资金池违规、交易合规问题，保障终端业务符合海内外监管政策。
5. 联动研发、测试、运营、商务团队，推进产品落地、版本迭代、问题复盘，持续优化刷卡成功率、交易费率、到账时效、终端稳定性，提升商户使用体验。
6. 调研行业竞品，捕捉线下支付、跨境终端支付行业趋势，输出产品优化及创新方案，构建产品差异化壁垒。
7. 负责商户后台、终端管理平台、交易对账平台、风控后台的产品设计，支撑终端批量管理、交易监控、资金统计、合规报备等能力。
任职要求
1. 5年及以上POS机/线下刷卡支付产品经理经验，熟悉传统POS、智能POS终端业务逻辑，有跨境收单、海外终端支付经验者优先。
2. 精通银行卡刷卡交易流程、ISO8583报文、终端密钥、清算对账、预授权、差错处理等核心支付知识，了解银联、Visa、Mastercard对接规则。
3. 熟悉境内外支付合规规则，了解EMI、MSO等海外支付牌照合规要求，具备支付风控、反洗钱、交易合规设计经验优先。
4. 具备独立输出PRD、产品原型、业务流程图、对账规则文档的能力，逻辑清晰，擅长复杂支付场景拆解。
5. 有跨境支付、海外终端收单、商户资金结算、分账体系产品经验者优先，熟悉支付行业二清合规底线。

Skills Required
- 5+ years POS/offline card payment product manager experience
- Familiarity with traditional POS and smart POS terminal business logic
- Experience with cross-border acquiring and overseas terminal payments
- Proficiency in card transaction flows, ISO8583 message formats, terminal key management, clearing and reconciliation, pre-authorization, and error handling
- Knowledge of UnionPay, Visa, and Mastercard integration rules
- Familiarity with domestic and international payment compliance, EMI and MSO licensing requirements, payment risk and AML controls
- Ability to independently produce PRD, product prototypes, business flow diagrams, and reconciliation rules documentation
- Experience designing merchant settlement, split-settlement systems, terminal management, and transaction monitoring platforms
