Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to join our Business Administration team. The successful candidate will provide critical credit administrative support, coordinate with multiple business units, and assist in audit and quality assurance activities to uphold the integrity of our portfolio.
What you will be doing:

  • Ensure accurate data capture to provide reliable risk assessments on program lending (i.e. SFGS loan) including conducting financial analysis and credit checks.

  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio quality assessments and health checks for management review.

  • Prepare and submit reports for regulatory bodies and credit bureaus

  • Manage credit data sharing between Credit Reference Agencies under Credit Data Smart.

  • Support credit checks on Consumer & Commercial Credit Reference Agencies

  • Monitor employee dealings and operational risk issues to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Credit Risk Management, Data Management Office and business units for scorecard updates and user maintenance

  • Coordinate with frontline teams on SFGS administration.

  • Assist in audit preparation, follow-up on audit observations and issue tracking.

  • Assist Data Management Office and Data Steward with periodic sample checking to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Provide administrative support for digitalization initiatives including credit checks digitalization and other ad-hoc projects.

  • Organize training sessions to keep frontline teams updated on processes, policies, and procedures on credit checks and operational risk.

  • Handle general administrative tasks and inventory management.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to business operations and initiatives.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related field.

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in credit administration, portfolio quality or related functions.

  • Strong knowledge of credit assessment and banking facilities, especially SFGS loan

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digitalization tools and systems.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
