What you will do:
As the Portfolio Manager, you will drive portfolio strategy by translating customer, market, and competitive insights into product and business recommendations. This role partners cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to guide product lifecycle management, evaluate growth opportunities, and support the development and launch of innovative solutions that strengthen the portfolio.
Conduct market, customer, patient, and competitive research to identify industry trends, assess product value, and develop compelling value propositions.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions, market opportunities, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Lead and support new product development initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally throughout the product development and launch process.
Develop financial business cases, ROI analyses, and funding recommendations to support product investment decisions and growth strategies.
Partner with Product Marketing and Clinical Affairs to create launch plans, evidence-generation strategies, publications, and messaging aligned with product value and clinical outcomes.
Develop and execute product lifecycle management strategies that support overall business objectives and long-term portfolio growth.
Evaluate customer acquisition and retention opportunities, assess market expansion potential, and identify associated financial tradeoffs.
Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.
Support the creation of sales enablement tools, channel communications, and marketing resources to drive product adoption and commercial success.
Leverage organizational capabilities, resources, and strategic assets to maximize product performance, launch effectiveness, and business impact.
What you need

- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of work experience
- Ability to be in our Cary, IL office 3x a week
Preferred
- 2+ years medical device or marketing experience

- US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
