Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Pipeline
• Build a balanced innovation portfolio across core, adjacent and transformational growth opportunities.
• Identify portfolio gaps, whitespace opportunities and future growth territories.
Innovation Incubation & Growth Platforms
• Lead incubation of new product, service and ecosystem opportunities through test-and-learn pilots.
• Build business cases, growth plans and scale-up recommendations for validated opportunities.
Cross-Functional Innovation Leadership
• Partner with CMI, Global R&D, Pillars, Commercial and VCO teams to turn opportunities into projects.
• Drive governance, portfolio reviews and alignment between local needs and global priorities.
Consumer-Led & Future Growth Innovation
• Translate pet owner, customer and market insights into propositions that are desirable, feasible and viable.
• Explore growth beyond products, including Pet Owner ecosystems, CRM-enabled platforms, services and partnerships.
Experience
• 5+ years in Innovation, Portfolio Strategy, E2E Marketing
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Pet Health Care, Mom-Baby industry preferred.
• Track record of developing, validating or launching innovation initiatives in complex organizations.
