Join our innovative team and help shape the future of Neurosurgery! As a Portfolio Associate on Stryker’s Neurosurgical team you will gather global insights, organize customer innovation labs, and work cross collaboratively to bring products to market. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with R&D, surgeons, and cross-functional global teams to execute impactful product and market development!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Organize & conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify critical customer/user needs in product development.
- Assess business/sales trends for global new product introduction and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Assist with researching new markets, opportunities, and segments to support new product development.
- Support pre-commercialization plans for current and future product development projects.
- Support of sales and medical education training initiatives and programs as needed.
- Assess and support global product lifecycle management (PLCM)
WHAT YOU NEED
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0+ years of work experience
Preferred:
- Exposure supporting product development/design or marketing initiatives.
- Internship experience related to marketing, product development, and/or healthcare.
- Degree in marketing or biomedical engineering
Travel Percentage: 40%
