We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh. This role will be based in [location]. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Provides high-volume operational support for quoting, binding, and maintaining insurance policies across multiple account types. Ensures timely and accurate completion of back-office processing tasks, thorough documentation of work performed, and consistent tracking of requests to meet quality standards and turnaround expectations.
We will count on you to:
Process account maintenance requests, including address and name changes
Prepare quotes for new business, win-back, and renewal DSP accounts, meeting a 48-hour turnaround target
Bind AL, GL, and WC policies within established 48-hour turnaround standards
Review and dock new business applications and create a Velocity shell when required
Review and dock win-back applications and set diary reminders for Account Managers to complete processing
Record completed work, processing time, and volumes in tracker systems while maintaining accurate and detailed account notes
Manage work efficiently across multiple operational queues while meeting quality and service expectations

Working knowledge of policy servicing processes (quoting, binding, and account maintenance)
