Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
Asset Management
- Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDB system and network database.
- Track the lifecycle of network assets.
- Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification.
Telco Billing
- Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
- Provide monthly costing for reporting.
Data Line Tracking and Contract Management
- Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines.
- Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers.
- Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management.
Data Management and Reporting
- Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing.
Education:
- Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management, or relevant qualifications
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula)
- Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage
Possess good written and documentation skills and effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.
