We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Support Business Unit specialists and senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Assist in analysing current (“as is”) and future state (“to be”) business and operational processes.
- Document functional and non functional requirements using approved templates and standards.
- Maintain requirement artefacts and support traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Assist in assessing the impact of change requests on scope, timelines, and delivery.
Functional Design & Solution Alignment
- Support the transition of requirements to System Analysts and technology teams, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, design discussions, and clarification sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Track requirement updates, assumptions, and dependencies, and highlight potential issues early.
Testing
- Support the review of test plans and functional test scopes prepared by the testing team.
- Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test preparation, defect logging, tracking, and follow ups.
- Validate test outcomes against documented requirements and support issue resolution.
PMO & Project Support
- Provide PMO support across innovation projects, including maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status trackers, and documentation.
- Support project governance activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, tracking actions, and documenting minutes.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Support preparation of project status updates and reports for stakeholders and management.
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g. Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) is a plus.
