We are looking for a PMO Manager - Global Projects to join our global project management team.

This role will report to the Head of Global Project Management based in Baar, Switzerland.

Location - Poland (Warsaw or Stargard region) with required at least three days in office

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The PMO Manager will support the successful delivery of Capri-Sun's global strategic transformation, supply chain and other investment projects. The role will drive project governance, portfolio reporting, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline across multiple cross-functional workstreams.

The position acts as the central coordination hub between project teams, senior leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track regarding scope, timing, budget, risks, and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio & Project Management Office

  • Maintain and continuously improve PMO governance, methodologies, standards, and reporting processes
  • Coordinate and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are managed effectively
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans
  • Drive project execution discipline through structured tracking and follow-up of actions
  • Ensure consistency of project documentation, templates, and governance standards

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and consolidate portfolio reporting for senior management and governance bodies
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting covering project progress, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and key decisions
  • Prepare regular status reports and executive summaries for EXCO, Steering Committees, and project sponsors
  • Support data-driven decision-making through transparent reporting and analysis

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Organise and facilitate project governance meetings, portfolio reviews, Steerco meetings, and decision forums
  • Prepare meeting agendas, decision papers, action logs, and follow-up documentation
  • Act as the interface between project teams and key stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and external partners
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication across global and cross-functional teams

Risk & Issue Management

  • Maintain project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs
  • Drive risk identification and escalation processes
  • Monitor mitigation plans and ensure accountability for risk resolution
  • Highlight critical deviations and recommend corrective actions

Project Support

  • Support Project Managers and Workstream Leads in planning, execution, and project controls
  • Assist with resource planning and project prioritisation
  • Monitor project budgets and support business case tracking where applicable
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management capabilities and governance across the organisation
PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, consulting, or transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects
  • Experience in international organisations and multicultural environments is highly desirable
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMO, Agile) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–30%) as required
  • Willingness to be in Warsaw or Stargard Office at least three days a week
