Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Department: PMO
- Assist the PMO team with requirements gathering, project planning, and reporting activities.
- Help standardize project management templates, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Maintain and update project information in Smartsheet and other project management tools.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and documenting action items.
- Support the creation and distribution of project status reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on project-related topics to support team initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of audiences.
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient research skills with the ability to synthesize information.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability and willingness to travel, if needed.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either 2025 or 2026.
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable collaborating in virtual environments and using project management tools.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $19 per hour 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
