Core Responsibilities

Join our team to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our work management ecosystem, driving collaboration and efficiency across OLA Global & Regional operations.

  • Oversee daily operations and manage work management tools, including Adobe Workfront and SharePoint, ensuring effective use and integration.

  • Facilitate collaboration between OLA partners and Digital Technology teams to align on enhancements, releases, and platform transitions.

  • Handle platform configurations, permissions, and administration for all work management tools.

  • Lead the SharePoint Center of Excellence, maintaining training materials, guidelines, and documentation with partners.

  • Provide training, onboarding, and troubleshooting support to teams and super users in OLA.

  • Safeguard data quality and consistency across global toolboxes, ensuring timely asset delivery and supporting taxonomy requirements.


Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join OLA, specifically within the Creative System Enablement & Delivery team (CSED). Our mission is to empower OLA teams globally and regionally through the effective implementation of Digital Asset Creation & Management tools and workflows.

In this role, you will support technology operations within the work management area by serving as the key liaison and daily coordinator between OLA and the Product Teams in Digital Technology. You will become the team’s go-to expert on Workfront, asset taxonomy, and the Toolbox.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role!


Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience with work management systems, especially Adobe Workfront, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

  • Data-driven, structured, and analytical approach to digital solutions and processes.

  • Exceptional communication and partner management skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Highly organized with a commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Understanding of large organization processes, optimizing workflows in complex environments.

  • Proactive self-starter, thriving in fast-paced environments and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.


Nice to have
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

  • Experience with international brands, ideally in FMCG or industries focused on children’s products and content.

  • Curious approach towards digital systems, committed to continuous learning and optimization.
