Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to democratise data-driven medicine, joining the Platform Technical Product Management Team as Platform Business Analyst Intern.
Your mission:
Define and implement metric collection using Google analytics in the web front-end of the SOPHiA DDM platform. The goal is to learn more about how our users interact with the platform and identify areas of improvement, in collaboration with the Product and UX teams.
You will be involved in:
- Collecting and analyzing data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights on the SOPHiA DDM (genomics) user workflow
- Developing and implementing measurement strategies for tracking user behavior
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders (product and development teams)
- Collaborating with product team to ensure tracking and reporting requirements are met
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in analytics and measurement
The experience you bring:
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, UX/UI design, Life Science Engineering or related fields
- Some knowledge of analytical tools and reporting
- Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, React)
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
Location: Rolle, Switzerland
Start: June 2025 (duration 6 months)
Contract type: Internship contract
