セールスフォース・ジャパンの営業組織において、ソリューションカットでアラインする組織と営業活動をするProduct Specialization。Service Cloud、Platform&Security、Data Cloud、Slackなど、各ソリューションの専門家集団として、ビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。

Role Description:
Platform&Security製品の販売計画立案と実行に注力していただくポジションです。
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、開発パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。
主な業務内容:販売計画の立案、商談対応、イネーブルメント、イベントやセミナー企画

Your Impact:
・年間目標を実現する為の販売計画を立案。
・CoreAEと同行し、顧客に対してPlatform&Security製品の提案を実施。
・Platform&Security製品の認知度向上、および商談(Pipeline)の増加を目的としたイベント、ウェビナー等の企画/運営
・CoreAEおよびインサイドセールスがPlatform&Security製品を顧客に販売する上での効果的なトークスクリプト、営業ツールの作成。本ポジションで求められるものは、お客様に製品のバリューを伝え、CDO/CIOのトラステッドアドバイザーとして、お客様の業務理解と、DXを実現するテクノロジーの専門性を備え提案できる人物像が求められます。

Basic Requirements:

・ 製造業営業としての業務経験
・ エンタープライズ 法人営業もしくはプリセールスコンサルタント、エンジニアとして5年以上の経験
・お客様第一のマインドと数字への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方
・アプリケーション開発、モバイルソリューション、IoT、AI、データベース、 インテグレーション等のテクノロジーやプラットフォームソリューションでの提案経験
・目標達成のための計画立案スキル
・商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験 、社内の関係部門と協業して幅広いテリトリーをカバーする営業経験
・口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル

Preferred Requirements:
・セミナー企画、集客及び講師経験
・CIOと戦略的なテーマでのコミュニケーション経験
・社会環境とテクノロジーを俯瞰的に捉え、表現するスキル
・従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方
・自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方
・中級レベルの英語力
