How you will contribute
You will:
  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
  • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
  • `Consult on overhead management

Liderar la estrategia y operación del sistema de capacitación de planta bajo la metodología de World Class Manufacturing (WCM) y Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), asegurando la preparación técnica y operativa del personal ante contingencias en líneas de producción, e implementando metodologías avanzadas de entrenamiento alineadas a Fase 4 del pilar de Educación y Entrenamiento.
What you need to know about this position:
  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de capacitación de planta alineada a los pilares de WCM/TPM.
  • Desarrollar planes de contingencia de entrenamiento ante fallas en líneas de producción, garantizando que el personal siempre tenga actividades de formación programadas.
  • Definir la ruta de desarrollo técnico y operativo del personal de planta.
  • Gestionar la capacitación básica, técnica y mandatoria del personal operativo.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento al programa de JPM (Jishu Hozen / Mantenimiento Autónomo).
  • Coordinar entrenamientos en metodologías Lean, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, RCA (Root Cause Analysis / Análisis de Causa Raíz), PDCA y DMC.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los entrenamientos mandatorios y técnicos especializados.
  • Liderar la evolución hacia Fase 4 del pilar de Educación y Entrenamiento, incorporando nuevas metodologías y formas innovadoras de capacitación.
  • Implementar herramientas de análisis de causa raíz para identificar brechas de conocimiento.
  • Desarrollar sistemas de evaluación de competencias técnicas y operativas.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y capacitar al equipo de instructores y facilitadores a su cargo.
  • Asegurar que todo el personal involucrado en capacitación tenga dominio de TPM/WCM.

Education / Certifications:
  • Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, de Manufactura o afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5-7 años en roles de capacitación en planta manufacturera con implementación activa de WCM/TPM.
  • Conocimiento experto en TPM/WCM (requisito)
  • Dominio de metodologías: Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA, DMC.
  • Experiencia en JPM (Mantenimiento Autónomo) y entrenamientos mandatorios.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de capacitación.
  • Conocimiento en desarrollo de planes de contingencia operativa.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years minimum in plant training roles with active WCM/TPM implementation
  • Expert knowledge of TPM and WCM
