Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Planning Analyst to join our PMO team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our resource planning and program execution—creating visibility across our delivery pipeline, maintaining accurate project data, and helping leadership make informed decisions. You'll work with multiple stakeholders and systems to balance delivery timelines, capacity, and budgets, while continuously improving our planning processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Scheduling
- Consolidate resource data from multiple stakeholders and systems to create comprehensive program-wide plans that balance delivery load, capacity, and timelines.
- Modify and update plans to reflect scope or timeline changes, maintaining accuracy throughout delivery cycles.
- Support the Planning Lead in optimizing PMO systems, workflows, and processes.
Program Execution & Tracking
- Track and maintain delivery capacity records throughout each cadence cycle; communicate capacity changes to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
- Gather and synthesize project progress updates, issues, and change requests to support clear communication with senior leadership and relevant parties.
Planning Visibility & Reporting
- Design and improve processes and tools to enable real-time visibility of resource allocation across the program.
- Create and maintain dashboards showing actual vs. planned project timelines, project load, and capacity utilization.
- Vendor & Mobilization Management
- Communicate third-party vendor resourcing requirements to stakeholders, with a focus on optimizing delivery efficiency and controlling costs.
Risk Management
- Proactively identify risks related to resource planning, capacity constraints, and project delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans to mitigate resource shortages and other potential disruptions to the delivery schedule.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on industry best practices, tools, and technologies in resource management and project planning.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance planning accuracy, reporting quality, and overall delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Ability to create visual models including process flows, data flow diagrams, and business process diagrams.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience with resource planning tools and capacity management platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in resource planning, project planning, or program management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera for task scheduling, timeline management, and critical path analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create dashboards and reports.

- This position is only open for Internal Applicants.
- This is going to be a learning and development initiative where the individuals will be parked on Talent Bench as and when required and shall be onboarded to a permanent role, immediately as and when required by business.
