Job Description:
- Determine the material requirement based on forecast and customer backlog
- Monitoring "Work in Progress" (WIP) and managing "Safety Stock" levels to prevent production "line-down" situations
- Communicate with subcon to track shipments, manage lead times, and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with product planners to maximize inventory
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially on MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Team‑oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
- High willingness to learn, develop, and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time within a dynamic environment
