- Assist the Production Planner in generating and managing Shop Orders, specifically for Chili production, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide assistance in KHMS activities, including the collection and consolidation of supporting evidence and documentation from both Karawang and Pasuruan sites.
- Support improvement initiatives within Production Planning and monitoring actual output vs planning by identifying root cause, documentation, and implement improvement actions.
- Assist in preparing production planning related documents and evidence for internal/external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or support activities as required to facilitate the smooth operation of production planning and related departments.
