About the role: 6-month Fixed term - Hybrid Based at Head office
The Sales and Capacity Planner is accountable for achieving forecasted sales targets by ensuring the most efficient use of resources are available each day to meet customer demand. The role is shift-based to support the 24/7 operation of the business. There will be the requirement to work regular weekends and evenings.

The role involves maintaining accurate plans, reacting promptly to demand changes, and coordinating resources. Essential duties include ensuring slot availability, effective communication, and ensuring compliance.
About you:
You must have excellent communication skills for daily logistics management and stakeholder interaction. Efficiency, accuracy, and effective workload management are essential. Strong numerical, literacy and organisational skills are needed to handle various tasks and shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred. Operational or retail planning/logistics experience is advantageous. Self-motivation, adaptability, and the capability to work independently or in a team under pressure are necessary. Analytical skills are required to assess data and make informed decisions. The candidate must also be willing to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible schedule to support 24/7 operations. Commitment to continuous improvement, effective persuasion, motivating others, and flexible working hours are also important.
