Job Summary & Responsibilities

• This role is physically located in Korea and will be reporting into headquarter in USA
• As a member of Global Spares Planning, be a single point of contact for all spares related issues for Korea Field Service Team across all product lines
• Monitor fulfillment metric and perform monthly miss analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Monitor local stock against stocking plan and drive replenishment for the shortage to meet and maintain LWS (Lines With Stock) target
• Address current and future issues impacting fulfillment performance
• Work closely with HQ GSP to stay fully aligned on business goals and strategies
• Ensure service commitments for customers and regions are incorporated into the spares stocking plan
• Initiate transshipments between stocking locations to maximize fulfillment performance
• Track the future slot plan for Korea and ensure the stocking plan are established on time
• Build automated processes for the global reverse logistics to ensure it scales efficiently and drives long-term productivity and speed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory visibility, efficiency of movement, reduce costs, and minimize waste across all reverse logistics operations
• Take ownership of reverse logistics inventory data analysis and reporting
• Influence stakeholders (Field Service) to ensure all defective spares are accounted and returned to HFR on time

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• An aptitude for service supply chain operations
• Thrives on fast-paced change and seeks to adapt to customer preferences and volatile market conditions.
• Strong tolerance of ever-changing schedules, frequent reprioritization
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in all aspects of work and has the initiative to develop and implement solutions to problems encountered.
• Strong aptitude and competence for all popular business software applications.
• Oracle experience preferred

• BS/BS in Supply Chain Management or related field with 2 years of on-the-job experience.
• If no degree, 4+ years of related planning experience in a low volume, high value, custom configured capital equipment manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/MRP systems, standard business practices, and production scheduling methodology.
• Experiences in data analytics and analytical tools such as Power BI
